This command is used to load a new track library.
The dialog displays a list of the available track
libraries.
Track libraries are text files describing all library
track characteristics. These text files are always saved in directory
"Library" under the UR30 directory where the software is installed.
To load a library, select it in the list, click on
"Load" button. The loaded library will replace the previous track
library.
