The circuit properties are based on all track sections
attached to the current selected track section.
The Circuit properties tab displays the current
track section circuit properties.
The Track angle
tab setups the selected track section angle.
The Frame color
tab setups the selected track section frame color.
The Fill color tab
setups the selected track section fill color.
The dialogue summarizes all circuit characteristics :

library used

scale factor

lane color. Height standard lane colors can be chosen
: blue, yellow, red, green, white, black, purple, orange

each lane length : select the lane in the Lane
combo box

the scale conversion

the scaled lane length (depends on the library track
section scale)

number of degrees to the right or to the left. These
values depend on the circuit direction

total tracks : number of each track used by this
circuit
