Publish a set of selected reports on the web and manage publication web sites.

Site manager :

Specify here the publication web site list on which you're used to publish UR30 reports.

"Add" creates a new site access.

"Delete" deletes a site access.

"Test" tests connection on selected site.

Site name : name of the site access.

Host/IP/URL : web site the reports are going to be uploaded on.

Remote folder : remote site folder in which reports are uploaded.

Login/Password : site access login/password as provided by your web site provider.

FTP reports :

Select the reports you want to publish, then click on “Transfer” to build and publish them. The report name is displayed between the parenthesis.

Note : publication may take a while according to the number of selected reports, the time to build them and at least to upload them.

UR30 ftps the reports onto the web site and directory specified in the site manager.

The web report preparation may take a while according to the selection size. When the preparation is completed, UR30 displays the ftp publish dialogue :

If the publication fails, check carefully the ftp access information :

-          server name (check with your provider)

-          directory the files are to be put in

-          your web login name

-          your web login password

Caution : the ftp parameters are attached to a circuit. If you manage several circuits, be sure these data are properly recorded for each circuit.
