Circuit menu commands

The circuit menu offers the following commands:

	Properties	Displays selected object properties, or track layout properties if a track section is selected, or document properties if no object selected.
	StockHID_OBJECT_TRACK_STOCK	Opens the track section stock dialogue
	Web publish…	Publish a set of selected reports on a web site

	OLE insert ObjectHID_OLE_INSERT_NEW	Inserts and embeds an object, such as a bitmap or a text in a document.
	LinksHID_OLE_EDIT_LINKS	List and edit links to embedded documents.
	ObjectHID_OLE_OBJECT	Activates embedded or linked object. <Object> corresponds to the current OLE selected object type. This command opens the object for modification, using its source application or the OLE embedded features of its application inside the current track editor.
